MPEC | NAPA Acquires Southern Minnesota NAPA Stores

MPEC | NAPA purchases the NAPA Auto Parts store operations in Faribault, Owatonna and Waseca, MN

Rockford, July 22, 2019 – MPEC—

MPEC | NAPA is excited to share that we have entered into an agreement to purchase three Minnesota-based NAPA Auto Parts stores owned by Genuine Parts Company. This three-store group includes stores in Faribault, Owatonna and Waseca, Minnesota. The stores officially join MPEC on July 29, 2019.

These stores will become part of the Rochester Region, reporting to Kevin Crowley. As with all our operations, the team is the greatest asset, and we are excited to introduce these highly experienced store teams to all of MPEC | NAPA.

Strategic acquisitions continue to be a significant part of our growth strategy. These additions significantly enhance our presence in the Minnesota market and we look forward to the opportunity we all have to share the MPEC Way with our new team members.
