Rockford, January 4, 2021 – MPEC—
MPEC | NAPA is excited to announce that we have acquired the NAPA Auto Parts store located in Green Bay and Seymour, Wisconsin. John and Beth O’Connor, the owners of Clover Auto & Truck Supply, first purchased the two NAPA Auto Parts stores in Green Bay in 2012, and later acquired the Seymour store. They built a track record of excellence in these markets, and we are honored to have the opportunity to build upon those successes. Robert (Bobby) Broder will serve as Regional Vice President for the new Green Bay Region, and we could not be more excited to have him at the helm. Bobby has a long history of experience with both Clover and Genuine Parts Company. He will lead a strong team of highly experienced parts professionals within the three stores.
This marks our first acquisition of 2021 and it brings us to 80 stores across the company. Strategic acquisitions such as this one continues to be a significant part of our growth strategy, and we know that teams in Green Bay East, Green Bay West and Seymour will make immediate contributions to MPEC. Please join us in welcoming the entire team to the MPEC family.
