MPEC | NAPA purchases the NAPA Auto Parts stores based in Dodgeville and Monroe, WI
Rockford, June 29, 2020 – MPEC—
MPEC | NAPA is pleased to share that we have acquired two independent NAPA Auto Parts stores located in Southwest Wisconsin. Dodgeville Auto Supply is a second-generation, family-owned store located in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. This store owns the paint market in that region and will greatly expand our paint expertise. Steve Gorgen will lead this store team, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him at the helm.
In addition, we have also acquired the NAPA Auto Parts store in Monroe, Wisconsin. The Monroe store was owned and operated by Ed Beckman and his partner, and we’re proud to announce that Ed will continue on to lead the store. Ed has more than 25 years of NAPA experience and will continue to be an asset as we look to build upon the success he has experienced in the Monroe market. Both stores will be part of the Janesville Region, and will report to Jeff Hissong.
Strategic acquisitions continue to be a significant part of our growth strategy. These additions work to solidify the significant presence we began to establish in Southwest Wisconsin last year. Both of these stores will be immediate contributors to MPEC | NAPA, and we look forward to the opportunity we all have to share the MPEC Way with our new team members.
