MPEC | NAPA purchases 10 NAPA Auto Parts stores across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan

Rockford, December 5, 2022 – MPEC—

MPEC | NAPA is pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of 10 NAPA Auto Parts stores in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan owned by Lynn Auto Parts. The Lynn family started Lynn Auto Parts, Inc in 1944 in Sault Ste Marie, MI and grew the business to 10 stores over three generations of the family. We are grateful for the opportunity to assume leadership of these stores from Michael and William Lynn, and look forward building on the more than 78 years of success. With the acquisition of these stores brings a new hardware offering, an exciting first for the MPEC portfolio. This acquisition is a key addition to MPEC’s Michigan growth strategy and we look forward to growing our business with our new teams across the Upper Peninsula.
