MPEC | NAPA purchases the NAPA Auto Parts stores located in Greenville, Ionia & Rockford, MI

Rockford, December 19, 2022 – MPEC—

MPEC | NAPA is excited to announce that we have completed the acquisition of the three NAPA Auto Parts stores owned by Manna, Inc. in Greenville, Ionia and Rockford, Michigan. This acquisition helps to build our Michigan growth strategy, with these stores positioned to the east of our existing Lansing operations. Greg Foster and Sam Tawney started Manna, Inc. with a single store in 1995, and have grown the company into a successful NAPA Auto Parts operation. We are grateful for the opportunity to assume leadership of these stores from Greg and Sam and look forward to building on their 27-year track record of success.

With this acquisition, we have completed the purchase of 44 stores during 2022. This is a significant accomplishment for MPEC | NAPA and is possible thanks to our dedicated team of automotive aftermarket professionals. We are pleased to have the new teams in Greenville, Ionia, and Rockford as part of the MPEC | NAPA team and look forward to continued growth in 2023.
