MPEC | NAPA purchases the 10 NAPA Auto Parts stores owned by R.W. Jenkins Automotive, Inc.

Rockford, April 3, 2023 – MPEC—

MPEC | NAPA is excited to announce that we have completed the acquisition of the ten NAPA Auto Parts stores owned by R.W. Jenkins Automotive, Inc. in Bremen, Elkhart, Goshen, Kendallville, LaGrange, Ligonier, Middlebury, Milford, Nappanee and Wakarusa, Indiana.  This acquisition represents our first entry into the Indiana market, and strategically connects our Illinois and Michigan territories.  R.W. Jenkins was an employee-owned independent NAPA Auto Parts operation with a long track record of excellent customer service and financial performance.  These stores will make an immediate impact to the MPEC portfolio.  We are grateful for the opportunity to assume leadership of these stores from the employee-owners and look forward to building on the track record of success.

This marks our first acquisition of 2023, and it continues to highlight that our growth is possible thanks to our dedicated team of automotive aftermarket professionals.  We are pleased to have the new teams from these stores as part of the MPEC | NAPA team and look forward to continued growth in 2023.
