MPEC | NAPA To Acquire Becher’s NAPA Auto Parts of Rochester

MPEC | NAPA purchases the NAPA Auto Parts store group based in Rochester, MN

Rockford, May 22, 2019 – MPEC—

MPEC | NAPA has entered into an agreement to purchase the NAPA Auto Parts stores owned by Rochester, Minnesota based Becher’s NAPA Auto Parts. This five-store group includes stores in Dodge Center, Kasson, Rochester and Winona, Minnesota as well as the store in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. The stores officially join MPEC on June 1, 2019. This acquisition significantly enhances our market presence in Minnesota and West Central Wisconsin, and we couldn’t be more pleased to welcome the employees to Team MPEC | NAPA.

We have asked Kevin Crowley, most recently, the Midwest Regional Sales Manager for NAPA Tools & Equipment to lead the newly formed Rochester Group. Kevin comes to MPEC | NAPA with an immense amount of store experience as a former employee of the Rochester NAPA Store, Former Owatonna, MN Store Owner and most recently leading Tools & Equipment.
